Please note that my commissions are for 18+ clients only.

ADOPTABLE T.O.S

- Payment must be done in 24-48 hours. If there is no payment, the character will receive a bid before you or the auction will be restarted!
- I will send the full art without the watermark to your email.
- After the purchase the adoptable you will receive all the rights to the character! But you cannot use it for for commercial purposes.
- DON'T remove my signature. The signature exists to protect my intellectual property and to help ensure your safety if the design is ever stolen.
- DON'T edit or delete your bid.
- You CANNOT resell my adopt characters.
- You CANNOT ask for a refund after we agreed payment and payment gets sent.

- HOLDS MIGHT be available for frequent customers or people I personally trust.

COMMISSIONS/CUSTOMS T.O.S

- Commissions, customs can take up to 2 weeks - 2 months to be finished, this depends solely on my commission queue.
- Please, when you requesting a commisison/custom, I need your idea and some references!
- I reserve all the rights to turn down or not accepting an order.
- I hold the rights to the artwork, you may use it for any personal use, as long as you don’t sell or use commercially.

ADDITIONALLY

- I usually give WIPs during the sketching stage and the flat color stage.
- Any changes can only be made at the sketch stage.
- Feel free to ask me anything you're not sure about.

- Commissions and designs are for personal use only! DON'T use my designs or commissions for commercial purposes.
- DON'T draw over or edit my art.
- DON'T remove my signature.
- Always credit me as the original creator, and never claim the design as made by you.
- I have the right to use all arts in my portfolio. If you don't agree, we can discuss it for an additional fee (up to 200%).
- You are free to upload commissions to your social media with the correct credit.

CUSTOM ADOPT

$150-200 for sfw and nsfw versions

ADDITIONALLY

- Highly detailed or oversized wings may add +5%.
- Complex character design - 10% increase.

- More characters = more love (and more work!) So each one is full price.
- Simple backgounds like gradients or patterns are free!
- Sometimes I might add a more detailed background as a bonus! It’s a surprise and not something guaranteed or discussed beforehand.
